Job Description:

  • Good domain knowledge in warehouse management and material management processes.
  • Thorough knowledge of SAP Warehouse management, Material management processes, configurations, master data management, solution designing and implementing.
  • Should be a quick learner and able to understand complex custom solutions in WM/MM or design and propose custom solutions to fit the business requirements if standard SAP does not solve it.
  • Should be able to train non-SAP or SAP users on SAP WM/MM processes to perform their daily activities, e.g., cycle count, WM operations, procurement operations, WM-PP, MM-WM, MM-FI, MM-SD integrations, etc.
  • Good communication skills and decent proficiency in English with past experience interacting with users in the United States.
  • At least 2 end to end implementations experience implementing full SAP WM/MM.
  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.
  • Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements, map business requirements, processes and objectives.
  • Configure necessary modifications to satisfy requirements.
  • Design, customize, configure and testing of WM/MM module. Identify gaps, issues, and workaround solutions.
  • Perform and coordinate unit and user acceptance tests for all SAP WM/MM functionalities.
  • Develop test plans and test cases, create test data and document test results.
  • Documentation (process diagrams, business process design documents, user manuals etc.)
  • Resolution of tickets within SLA. Keeping aging tickets in control and identification and resolving problem tickets.
