-Ability to perform under pressure in a 24[[*]]7 work environment with rotational shifts and rotational week offs
-Capability to work well in a team at the designated office/home/hybrid location setup, as decided by business
-Adaptable and flexible to be able to meet all performance and quality standards
-Agility for quick learning to meet client/service delivery commitments
-Detail orientation to learn and perform within expected timelines

Job Description :

-Required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems
-Day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors
-Limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management
-Will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments
-The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others
-Will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work
